Founded by Amelia in June 2024, Ojas Sauna was born from a passion for social wellness and a vision to make the benefits of sauna accessible to everyone in the community.
Amelia is a certified Level 1 Sauna Guide and offers a range of sauna rituals designed to restore balance, deepen relaxation, and connect body and mind. A sauna ritual is more than just heat therapy, it’s an intentional experience combining aromatherapy, heat and cold exposure, mindfulness and social connection.
