Ojas Sauna is an outdoor sauna and ice bath experience based in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experiences provide the ultimate recovery, connection and wellbeing in nature.
Founded by Amelia in June 2024, Ojas Sauna was born from a passion for social wellness and a vision to make the benefits of sauna and cold water therapy part of the community's regular wellness routine.
Amelia is a certified Level 1 Sauna Guide and offers a range of sauna rituals designed to restore balance, deepen relaxation, and connect body and mind. A sauna ritual is more than just heat therapy, it’s an intentional experience combining aromatherapy, heat and cold exposure, mindfulness and social connection.
