COMMUNITY SAUNA
Enjoy a seat in our traditional wood fired sauna and access two cold plunge. Join our community to find our Ojas! A Sauna Social is one hour, alongside four members of the community and is priced at £15. Community Sauna sessions are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 09:15, 11:45 and 16:45.
Our sanctuary is nestled in the Chiltern Hills on the idyllic Oxmoor Farm, in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. If you have a booking request outside of the slots on our booking schedule, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange.
MEET AND HEAT IN A SAUNA SOCIAL!
- Two towels: One to sit on in the sauna and another for drying.
- Suitable swimwear, nudity is not permitted.
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Flip flops or sliders for easy transit from the changing room to the sauna / ice bath.
- A robe (such as a dry robe or beach bum robe) if you have one.
- Warm, loose clothing for after your experience, especially during the winter months.

- Please arrive having recently showered.
- Please enter and exit the sauna with care and keep the door clear to allow for safe entry/exit.
- Please remove any shoes and wash feet in the bucket provided prior to entering the sauna.
- Please sit on a towel within the sauna.
- Ojas Sauna recommends staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time; 5-15 minute sessions are encouraged.
- Please do not use personal essential oils, products or lotions in the sauna.
- Nudity is not permitted in the sauna; swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Please gently pour water onto the sauna stove and use only the ‘sauna water’ provided.
- Please rinse using the cool shower prior to use of the ice bath.
- Please respect personal space; maintain a respectful distance from other guests to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- Time for changing is included within the one-hour experience booking. The Ojas Sauna operator will provide you with ten-minutes notice.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards Ojas Sauna operators and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
