COMMUNITY SAUNA
Enjoy a seat in our traditional wood fired Sauna and access to two mechanically filtered and chilled ice baths. Join our community to find your Ojas! Community Sauna sessions are available throughout Wednesday to Sunday, all year around. Our ice baths are fitted with a filtration, skimming and chilling system which is in line with latest health and safety guidance regarding the commercial use of ice baths.

- Please arrive having recently showered.
- Please enter and exit the sauna with care and keep the door clear to allow for safe entry/exit.
- Please remove any shoes and wash feet in the bucket provided prior to entering the sauna.
- Please sit on a towel within the sauna.
- Ojas Sauna recommends staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time; 5-15 minute sessions are encouraged.
- Please do not use personal essential oils, products or lotions in the sauna.
- Nudity is not permitted in the sauna; swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Please gently pour water onto the sauna stove and use only the ‘sauna water’ provided.
- Please rinse using the cool shower prior to use of the ice bath.
- Please respect personal space; maintain a respectful distance from other guests to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- Time for changing is included within the one-hour experience booking. The Ojas Sauna operator will provide you with ten-minutes notice.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards Ojas Sauna operators and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
