Health and Safety
- If you've had a heart attack or stroke.
- If you're taking any medications.
- If you have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems, including taking blood pressure medications and having a pacemaker or defibrillator.
- If you have epilepsy.
- If you suffer from diabetes.
- If you have asthma or breathing conditions.
- If you have high or low blood pressure.
- If you have arterial disease.
- If you have joint or muscle injury.

Ojas Sauna is dedicated to offering a positive and safe experience for all guests. Before booking your Ojas Sauna experience, we kindly ask you to review and accept our terms and conditions.
Bookings and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through the Ojas Sauna website (www.ojassauna.co.uk).
- Full payment is required at point of booking to secure your Ojas Sauna experience.
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected by any price changes.
- If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to inform all participants of the terms and conditions and ensure safe sauna practices.
- Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Ojas Sauna experience to receive a refund or to schedule an alternative date.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, and rescheduling requests are not permitted with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Ojas Sauna recommends individuals seek advice from a medical practitioner prior to booking an Ojas Sauna experience regarding any health concerns, including but not limited to the following;
- If you've had a heart attack or stroke.
- If you're taking any medications.
- If you have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems, including taking blood pressure medications and having a pacemaker or defibrillator.
- If you have epilepsy.
- If you suffer from diabetes.
- If you have asthma or breathing conditions.
- If you have high or low blood pressure.
- If you have arterial disease.
- If you have joint or muscle injury.
- It is your responsibility to inform the Ojas Sauna operator of any health issues, allergies or concerns prior to commencing your experience.
- By participating in an Ojas Sauna experience, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and agree to release Ojas Sauna from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit.
- Ojas Sauna is wood-fired and is extremely hot. Please do not touch the stove, stove door, flu chimney, sauna rocks, or surrounding fire guards, and only pour water onto the stones as instructed.
- When pouring water on the stones, start from the point furthest away from you to prevent scalding
- Unfortunately, children under the age of 16 year are not permitted to attend an Ojas Sauna experience.
- Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted in or around the Ojas Sauna experience.
- Ojas Sauna reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or poses a risk to themselves or others. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
- Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
- Contact lenses and glasses may be affected by the heat, please seek optical advice prior to booking an Ojas Sauna experience.
- Please note the sauna floor may be slippery when wet.
- All persons using the ice baths do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and listen to your own body during the experience.
- Ojas Sauna holds no responsibility for the spread of airborne illnesses or transmittable diseases.
Terms and Conditions Policy
Sauna Etiquette (Conduct and Behaviour)
- Please enter and exit the sauna with care; one person at a time.
- Please keep the door/exit clear to allow for safe entry/exit.
- Please remove any shoes and wash feet in the bucket provided prior to entering the sauna.
- Please sit on a towel within the sauna; please bring two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying).
- Ojas Sauna recommends staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time; 5-15 minute sessions are encouraged.
- Please do not use personal essential oils, products or lotions in the sauna.
- Nudity is not permitted in the sauna; swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Please gently pour water onto the sauna stove and use only the ‘sauna water’ provided.
- Please do not take glassware into the sauna.
- Please rinse using the cool shower prior to use of the ice bath.
- Ojas Sauna recommends arriving in easy, comfortable clothing to allow for a quick change.
- Please respect personal space; maintain a respectful distance from other guests to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- Avoid loud conversations; keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Avoid using phones or electronic devices; this is a time for relaxation.
- Time for changing is included within the 1 hour experience booking. The Ojas Sauna operator will provide you with 10 minutes notice, to ensure adequate time to exit the sauna and use changing facilities.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards Ojas Sauna operators and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Ojas Sauna is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Please use the designated storage within the changing facilities; all belongings left there are done so at your own risk.
- Ojas Sauna reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Ojas Sauna website (www.ojassauna.co.uk).
- Continued use of Ojas Sauna experiences after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
