You'll have access to our comfortable, mixed gender changing facilities, where you belongings will be protected from the elements. Out wood fired sauna, has expansive windows that connect you to the surrounding natural beauty—many guests even spot local deer while relaxing.
To ensure a peaceful experience, we allow a 15-minute gap between bookings and provide a gentle reminder 10 minutes before your session ends. We recommend 15-20 minute sauna sessions with a 1-2 minute cold plunge, alternating heat and cold to boost circulation, detoxify, and aid muscle recovery.
Book a Community Sauna for £15 per hour for up to 5 guests, or a Private Sauna for £70 per hour for 5-6 guests.
