PRIVATE sAUNA
Embrace crisp winter mornings and golden sunsets in our wood fired sauna and ice bath, to experience the rejuvenating benefits of contrast therapy. Take it slow and loose all sense of time, with a luxury experience of private use of our wood fired sauna, two ice baths and outdoor shower. Our ice baths are fitted with a filtration, skimming and chilling system which is in line with latest health and safety guidance regarding the commercial use of ice baths.
A Private Sauna experience is available for one hour, for up to 6 guests, is priced at £80 and is available between 09:15 - 19:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please note there is no minimum number of guests for a Private Sauna booking.
Our outdoor Sauna is nestled in the Chiltern Hills on the idyllic Oxmoor Farm, in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. If you have a booking request outside of the slots on our booking schedule, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange.

- Please arrive having recently showered.
- Please enter and exit the sauna with care and keep the door clear to allow for safe entry/exit.
- Please remove any shoes and wash feet in the bucket provided prior to entering the sauna.
- Please sit on a towel within the sauna.
- Ojas Sauna recommends staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time; 5-15 minute sessions are encouraged.
- Please do not use personal essential oils, products or lotions in the sauna.
- Nudity is not permitted in the sauna; swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Please gently pour water onto the sauna stove and use only the ‘sauna water’ provided.
- Please rinse using the cool shower prior to use of the ice bath.
- Please respect personal space; maintain a respectful distance from other guests to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
- Time for changing is included within the one-hour experience booking. The Ojas Sauna operator will provide you with ten-minutes notice.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards Ojas Sauna operators and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
