Join us for a Community Sauna (Sauna Social) or a Private Sauna (Exclusive Hire) and experience the restorative power of heat, cold and connection. Ojas Sauna was founded on the principles of Ayurvedic philosophy, where Ojas represents vitality, the subtle essence of life that sustains health, energy, and overall wellbeing. In Ayurveda, strong Ojas is linked to immunity, mental clarity, emotional balance and resilience. All qualities that are nurtured through the power of contrast therapy.
Founded by Amelia in June 2024, Ojas Sauna was born from a passion for social wellness and a vision to make the benefits of Sauna accessible to everyone in the community.
