Ojas Sauna was founded on the principles of Ayurvedic philosophy, where Ojas represents “vitality” and “the essence of life” that sustains health, vitality and overall wellbeing.
Our sauna is wood fired to a cozy 90°C and has been designed to elevate your Ojas! Combine our traditional Finnish sauna and cold water plunge to revive your mind. Find your Ojas, in a Sauna Social or Exclusive Hire to experience the rejuvenating benefits of contrast therapy.
Our sanctuary is nestled in the Chiltern Hills on the idyllic Oxmoor Farm, in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire.

Exclusive Hire
A luxury experience of private use of our wood-fired sauna, two ice bath’s and outdoor shower. Exclusive hire is available for one hour, for up to six guests and is priced at £70.
Tired of overcrowded and uninspiring gym saunas?
Exclusive Hire is available between 08:00 - 19:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Sauna Social
Enjoy a seat in our traditional wood-fired sauna and access two ice baths and outdoor shower. A sauna social is one hour, alongside five members of the community and is priced at £15.
